NextBigNames is a creator contest platform where creators compete in community-voted contests against others in the same follower range. Our goal is to keep competitions fair, transparent, and valuable for creators building credibility and visibility.
Each contest includes:
• 5 creators in the same follower range
• A 10-day voting period
• Public voting (once per day per voter)
• Winners and finalists receive trophy badges shown on their profiles
• A voter prize draw to encourage participation
Creators share their contest links with their audience, and the community votes.
NextBigNames focuses on:
• Fair competition (same follower range)
• Small curated contests (not hundreds of entries)
• Transparent vote counts
• Permanent trophies creators can show to brands
It's designed as portfolio-style social proof, not just a popularity contest.
Creators must:
• Fit the contest category (e.g., beauty, fitness, fashion, travel)
• Fall within the follower range of the contest tier
• Have authentic engagement (no fake or purchased followers)
All participants are approved before being added to a contest.
You can apply by:
• Messaging us on Instagram, or
• Applying through the website (if available)
We'll confirm eligibility and let you know if you're selected for an upcoming contest.
We curate each contest to ensure:
• All creators fit the same follower tier
• Content matches the category
• Engagement looks authentic
Because contests are limited to 5 creators, not all applicants can be selected for every round.
Some contests are paid, and some early or special contests may be free (beta or promotional rounds). If a contest has a participation fee:
• The fee is clearly communicated before approval
• Payment is required only after selection
• Fees help keep contests curated and sustainable
If payment is not completed within the given time window, the spot may be offered to another creator so the contest can start on schedule.
Yes, creators may participate in multiple contests over time as long as:
• They qualify for the follower tier
• They are not already in another active contest
Winning a contest does not prevent future participation.
Eligibility is based on follower count at the time of approval. Normal growth after approval does not disqualify you from that contest.
We reserve the right to remove participants in cases of:
• Misrepresented follower counts
• Artificial follower or vote activity
• Violation of contest rules
Our priority is keeping contests fair for everyone.
Anyone can vote — you do not need to be a creator or have an account.
For most contests: Voters can vote once per day per contest until the contest ends. This means you can support your favorite creator every day during the contest.
Yes. You may vote for multiple creators in the same contest, but only once per day per creator.
Votes are counted automatically and displayed publicly during the contest. Final results are locked once the contest ends.
No. The following are not allowed:
• Buying votes
• Using bots or scripts
• Vote exchanges between creators
Suspicious activity may result in disqualification.
Trophies are digital badges shown on creator profiles that indicate:
• Winner (1st place)
• Finalist placements
They remain visible after the contest and can be used as social proof.
Results are finalized immediately after the contest ends. Trophies and placements appear on profiles shortly after.
Absolutely. Creators are encouraged to share:
• Their ranking
• Trophy badges
• Contest participation
Many creators use these results when pitching to brands.
Some contests include a random prize draw for voters (for example, gift cards) to encourage participation and engagement.
Voting automatically enters voters into the draw if the contest includes a prize.
Winners are selected randomly from eligible voters after the contest ends and are contacted directly.
Payments are collected using secure payment systems (such as Stripe). Payment links are sent only to approved creators.
Refunds may be issued if:
• A contest is canceled by NextBigNames
• A creator is removed for eligibility reasons
Once a contest starts, participation fees are generally non-refundable.
Most contests run for 10 days.
No. Contests start independently once lineups are finalized. This allows more flexibility and consistent activity on the platform.
Most contests begin early in the week (Monday or Tuesday) to maximize engagement.
We only collect information necessary to run contests and do not sell creator data to third parties.
We use:
• Same follower-range tiers
• Manual eligibility checks
• Public vote visibility
• Activity monitoring
Our goal is transparency and fair competition.
